Bell Pepper Season
Yael(43), an agriculture village resident from the Jordan Valley, a mother, wife, and flamenco teacher, loses her husband in a terror attack and is left with a large agricultural farm, with no experience in managing it. Boaz(50), a neighbor, farmer, and friend of her late husband, comes to her aid, wanting to "save" Yael in his own way. The farm has a debt to the seedling company, which Boaz provided a personal guarantee for. The seedling company demands payment from Boaz. Yael is convinced she can save herself and repay the debt. Boaz doubts her abilities and tries to take control, until the relationship between the two sours. When Boaz sabotages the main pipe and the crop is damaged, Yael is sure all is lost. To her surprise, she receives help from an unexpected source: her dance students assist her with an out-of-the-box solution.
